Rental Rules

1. Studio rental is based on the current price list.
   
2. Rental time starts strictly at the agreed time. Late arrival is not compensated. Any overtime is charged as a full additional hour according to the price list. A penalty of 15% may also apply for non-compliance with rental terms.
   
3. Free cancellation is possible up to 5 calendar days before the rental date. After that, the prepayment is non-refundable.
   
4. A booking is considered confirmed only after prepayment is received.
   
5. A maximum of 7 people (including crew and models) are allowed in the studio unless otherwise agreed in advance. Violations may result in additional charges or refusal of rental.
   
6. The studio operator reserves the right to access the studio during the rental period.
   
7. Access to the studio is allowed no earlier than 10 minutes before the rental start. The studio must be vacated by the end of the booked time.
